Cancellation & Refund Policy

When you cancel a booked class, the credits refunded depend on your subscription plan and how far in advance you cancel. If UpSkills or the provider cancels a class, you're always refunded in full.

Times are measured from the class start time. The earlier you cancel, the more credits you keep.

What is UpSkills?

UpSkills is Malaysia's premier marketplace for finding and booking classes across various categories including music, academics, sports, technology, arts, and languages.

How do I book a class?

Browse classes in the UpSkills app or at theupskills.co, pick a class and a session, and confirm your booking. Bookings are paid using your UpSkills credits.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and FPX online banking — all processed securely by Stripe.

Subscription Questions

What are the benefits of subscribing?

UpSkills runs on class credits. A subscription plan gives you a monthly allowance of credits you can spend booking any class on the platform. Pick the plan that matches how many classes your child attends, and top up anytime if you need more.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes — you can cancel anytime from your account. You keep access until the end of your current billing period, and credits already in your account remain usable in line with our terms.

What is the cancellation policy?

Refunds depend on your plan and how early you cancel — see the Cancellation & Refund Policy above. In short, the earlier you cancel the more credits you get back, and higher plans need less notice for a full refund. If UpSkills or the provider cancels, you receive a full refund.
