How to request deletion
Email us at support@upskillsmalaysia.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject line "Delete My Account". We will process your request within 30 days.
What data is deleted
Upon deletion, we remove your personal information including your name, email address, phone number, profile details, and booking history.
What data may be retained
We may retain certain records where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as transaction and payment records for accounting and tax compliance) for the period required by applicable regulations, after which they are deleted.
